SHIPPING METHODS
WE SHIP BY UPS & US POST OFFICE. You will have the opportunity
to choose your preferred method at checkout. Here are the main
differences: US Post Office shipments are done
by Priority Mail and normally take from 2 to 5 days for delivery
depending on what part of the country you live in. PLEASE BE
AWARE that US Post Office Priority Mail shipments are usually less
expensive and normally very reliable they CANNOT BE TRACKED. USPS
Priority Mail does not offer speed of delivery options.
We normally prefer UPS.
Every package is tracked from pick-up to delivery and you will have
more choices of speed of delivery if you need something right away.
Customers will receive an email confirmation with complete shipping
information with either UPS or US Post Office. If you choose the UPS
method you will receive information on the number of packages
shipped; type of service chosen (Ground, 2nd Day Air,
etc); tracking number; due date and an email link so you can track
the package anywhere in route. The US Post Office method will
provide you with the number of packages shipped. All US Post
Office shipments are sent with Delivery Confirmation.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all 48 states within the Continental US plus Alaska,
Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
is only available by UPS Air methods. Due to many variables
including shipping costs, different tobacco and tax laws, security
issues, fresh delivery, etc. it is currently our policy not to ship
to foreign countries with the exception of APO/FPO addresses to US
Servicemen. PLEASE NOTE – UPS will only ship to a residential or
business address – Shipping to a Post Office Box is NOT ALLOWED.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping
time to your destination depends upon your location and your choice
of UPS shipping method. All shipments are quoted as UPS Ground at
checkout. UPS Ground shipping time to your destination within the
Continental US can be from 1 to 5 days depending, of course, on your
distance from Tampa, FL.
SHIPPING RATES
UPS Shipping Rates are based upon the weight and destination of your
order. We automatically include a very nominal amount to cover our
handling and packaging costs. We do not try to “manufacture” money
on shipping or handling fees. UPS rates change almost daily due
such things as “fuel surcharges” that we have no control over.
Therefore the rates quoted in UPS printed shipping manuals are
virtually never correct because of these daily changes. We use a
shipping program that is linked directly to the UPS website so we
are always quoting correct prices in real time.
SHIPPING NOTICE
You will normally receive 2 emails from us when your order is
placed. The 1st email is automatically generated at the
time of your order and will describe the contents and a cost
breakdown of your order. Once your order is shipped you will
receive a 2nd email from us that will describe the
following shipping information: Shipping Method used (UPS Ground, 2nd
Day Air, etc.); How many packages are involved in the shipment; UPS
tracking number; expected date of delivery. The email will also
contain a link that you can simply click and enter your tracking
number to see where it is in route, if and when it was delivered,
etc. You can expect additional email correspondence if we encounter
issues like backorders, limited quantity or any issue that might
affect your order. You can always call or email us with any
shipping questions – it’s our job and pleasure to make sure you get
your goods when and where you expect them.
